This one job paid for a thorough background check. It cleared. HR is messy b/c the Co. is large. I was assigned to several in-house recruiters. I have to adapt to their way of doing biz. I’ve kept in touch with 1 hiring mgr via. checks back with me on my interview progress, yet turned me down for her office initially. She said I'm overqualified tremendously. There’s an opening (again) in her office. knows I’ve interviewed with other hiring mgrs. Training is offered 1 to 2 times per month. HR nor hiring mgrs tell me the dates. Hiring Mgr’s decide who they want to hire. I’m gonna lose my home if I don’t get a job. employed ppl don’t know how much ppl out here R suffering really WANT to work. I’d like to be with say, “I’m on foodstamps, I’ve lost everything, I’ve got my apt left, I wanna work, this job won’t be boring to me, you’ll get an outstanding ROI for hiring me. I have experience the skills to do this job successfully.” Co's R cutting costs want to hire mid-age with certain degrees can scream, “over-qualified.” I applied in Aug. Things take time.
